About me
I am an artist, a writer, and a coach.
Long story short, finding a regular practice of drawing helped me through one of the hardest transitions in my life. Most of us are only able to make change when giant shifts occur in our lives, but even then we don't have step-by-step instructions on how to do it mindfully or intentionally.

I want you to know that real change can happen and you already have the ability for it to materialize. It requires baby steps and consistency-- which is harder said than done, but it is possible and within your reach. ​​


When you learn things that are life changing-- that actually your quality of life-- you want to share it. You don’t want anyone to ever feel as discouraged, lost or afraid as you did. I believe that how we spend our days is indeed how we spend our lives. ​I believe that the state of our nervous system directly affects how we experience the world around us.

I began to teach mindfulness and emotional intelligence through art mediums because I wanted to share the techniques I had learned along my journey. My mental health began to improve, as well as my physical health and my relationships.
