The Art of Well-Being
You do not have to be an "artist" to take this workshop. (Although I would argue that you already are!)

This workshop is an invitation to rediscover the incredible creative power that exists inside of you.
I believe that play, art and discovery are essential to our survival and growth. For many of us, somewhere along the way into adulthood we stop allowing ourselves the time for creative expression & exploration. I want to provide that space and time for you. Through writing and drawing, we will explore ways to tap into the courage and strength you already have within you. All materials provided.

This workshop is for you if:

• You have been having a hard time carving out time for yourself (Hello to parenthood!)

• You are looking for ways to break old or form new habits

• You want to discover how to have more self-compassion

• You are interested in learning how to start a practice, not a perfect

• You want to understand the difference between gratitude & toxic positivity

• You are curious about how to cultivate more mindfulness into your life 

• You like to draw, paint, or write (although no experience is necessary)
