Hello!

My name is Anne and I am an artist and writer whose work has a focus on mental health wellness. I am a trauma-informed, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a specialty in mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

 

I believe that creative expression is a fundamental element of health and wellness for our body, mind, spirit, and community. I coach individuals and groups in rediscovering how to embody their creativity and find their path to holistic well-being.​

What is a Health & Wellness Coach?

Health and Wellness Coaches are uniquely qualified to offer a holistic perspective to wellness that makes your health a priority and digs to the root of your concerns rather than only treating the top-line issues. Beyond addressing health concerns, health coaches can help you build habits that support your goals so you can be the most well-rounded version of yourself. Board Certified Coaches meet high standards in knowledge, skill, and ethical conduct, fostering trust and accountability.

Group Coaching

Group coaching provides a unique element of accountability as well as access to diverse perspectives that can enrich our personal growth. My small group coaching workshops focus on learning and encouraging each other through creativity and a sense of community. We practice mindfulness and emotional discernment through art, writing and group collaboration.

Individual Coaching

I offer one-on-one wellness coaching in person and/or on zoom. To begin, we would have a 15-20 minute introductory call to determine whether we are a good fit. Wellness coaching can be booked one session at a time ($45) or in 6-session packages ($250). Sessions are 30 minutes.
